I've been noticing the more and more I log onto Pintrest or other websites and blog- more and more "hippie braids" and "boho hair" has gained popularity. This style of "I actually did wash my hair today but it doesn't really look like it because I stuck in a million braids or messed it up quite a lot"- looks great- and for those of use who actually don't wash our hair everyday- it's fantastic! But one thing I've noticed is that girls struggle to get the looks like the gorgeous women in the pictures...take the picture below as an example. So why is this hairstyle that looks so easy- and can be pulled off by so many it seems- so hard to achieve? Easy- you've forgotten to tease, put in some dry shampoo (either for greasy hair or just for texture) and/or you don't know how to braid correctly.
So let's talk about the necessary steps: 1. Tease- you have to tease to get this hair! But where oh where do you start that tease and use that teasing comb? If you are using day late hair- tease only after putting in dry shampoo- and only a little at the roots of your hair. If you have freshly washed hair- blow dry your hair to get maximum volume at the roots- and use your teasing comb to lightly tease the section at the roots where your braid will start. Why only at the place your braid will start? Because the braid will weigh the hair down at the roots- and you'll have some weird looking hair! 2. Dry Shampoo it up!- If you have next day hair- or three day hair- or whatever, then you need dry shampoo in your hair to get it to the place you need to braid. So how does one put dry shampoo in? Start by sectioning off your hair, take the crown of you hair and put it up in a bun- then spray dry shampoo around the roots and massage in. then take down the hair from your bun- and at the front of your head lift the hair in one tiny layer and spray and massage. This should give you instant lift and in some may not need to tease the roots of the hair! This will also give you texture for those doing the boho hair styles when having washed your hair that day. I highly encourage using dry shampoo even if your hair is clean to get this style! 3. How to Braid- let's go over the basics of who to braid. 1st step is to section of into three EQUAL sections- but for this hairstyle- equality does not matter- if you have on section super big and another tiny- it's ok- no stress. But what you need to remember is to braid in the direction of where you want the braid to go. So if you want your braid to go behind the ear- braid back towards behind your ear- same if you want the braid to come away from the face- braid that way. Also if you want the braid to be a bit thicker- add hair to one side of the braid to get the heavier looking effect. Hopefully the previous three steps will hep you achieve the ultimate "hippie braid"/ "Boho Braid" you are looking for- and please if you have questions feel free to leave them!

Believe it or not, this game is actually older than slot machines. In 1891, Brooklyn, New York, Sittman and Pitt designed a machine which had card symbols printed on 5 reels. By pulling a lever, one obtained a poker hand of five cards which were used to determine your winnings.
